How long does shipping take?

In-stock items ship within 1-3 business days. You'll get a tracking number once it's on the way.

What does pre-order mean?

Pre-order items aren't in-stock yet and you will receive a email with updates regarding your pre-order.

How do I know if a part fits my bike?

It would say on the product page. If you order a part for the wrong model of the same brand bike, we will happily refund it for you with a 15% fee.

Can I return or exchange a part?

Only if it is unused or if it came damaged. If you return it because you don't like it, it would be a 15% fee.
